How I work:

Former Chief People Officer x Former PE Operating Partner x High Performance Coach: I partner with you to realize your next level success, keeping simple things simple, and making complex things possible.

FRACTIONAL HR & ADVISORY: I work with earlier stage leaders & their teams (and internal HR, if you have it) related to strategic planning, leadership, change management, culture & engagement, performance & talent management and more. All engagements are catered to you & your organization’s needs and goals.

I meet you where you are, adding value to drive your performance & goals. I also take a systems-wide holistic approach to ensuring it all works in concert for propelling sustainable performance over time.

I approach HR in a few ways -

  • PEOPLE: Organizational Structure & Design, Leadership, Strategic Planning, Culture & Engagement

  • PROCESS: Operating Model & Cadence, Leadership / Team / IC / Inter-Organizational Processes, Implement & Streamline HR Processes & Systems (from Hiring to Onboarding to Payroll to Performance to Succession, Exits and more)

  • POLICIES: Compliance, Offers, Handbooks - Foundations to aid all of the above

  • PERFORMANCE: Leadership Development, Team Development, Succession Planning, Manager Training/Group Coaching, etc

COACHING & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: I work with leaders 1:1, support Team Development/Leadership Development as well as offer a Group Coaching Membership & Leader Development program for emerging leaders too. All 1:1 and team programs are custom, tailored to your success goals.

  • 1:1 HIGH PERFORMANCE COACHING: for leaders who want to find their next gear, navigate complexity, elevate their influence and impact

  • TEAM DEVELOPMENT: for teams, mid level to senior leadership, who want team coaching, leadership development or offsite support

Typical Fractional, Advisory or Team Development engagements range from 1 day deep dive sessions, multi day leader offsites, to bi-weekly or monthly organizational engagements over the course of 3-6 or 12+ months.
