Hello!
I am an HR Advisor and High Performance Coach who helps executives, leaders and teams lead through the complexities of change, realize their goals and ultimately, navigate their roles in alignment with their best and brightest selves. I have 20 years coaching experience, working with CEOs, Executives, Entrepreneurs, Founders and Olympians.
I combine my experience as a former operator in HR and as an Operating Partner in PE with my Leadership Development expertise to provide value creation that drives performance. My foundation is in positive psychology, organizational psychology and organizational leadership. I studied group dynamics, change and high performance from world renowned thinkers in these fields. I also integrate neuroscience, somatic practices, nervous system regulation techniques and mindfulness in my work.
