FOUNDED FROM EXPERIENCE

MPowered Leadership was founded by Marian Hunt, a former Chief People Officer, private equity operating partner, board member, high-performance coach and advisor with two decades of experience working with CEOs, executives, founders, leaders and teams.

Marian's career has spanned both the human and business sides of performance — from leading People and organizational functions inside high-growth companies to advising leaders and businesses on growth, leadership, organizational performance and value creation.

Her work and study have crossed organizational leadership, group dynamics, business growth, psychology, neuroscience and human performance — creating the multidisciplinary perspective that became the foundation for MPowered Leadership.
